simultaneously from 14 stations including
London, Birmingham, Toronto. The media focus
on news, views and opinion reflecting the
interests of immigrant Pakistanis in USA,
Canada and England. It is distributed through
grocery stores, restaurants and mosques on
every Wednesday.
We need the services of a
Telephone Sales & Customer Service Executive:
CSE will be responsible to
perform following functions:
- Attend all incoming calls
- Generate sales proposals for submission
via fax or email
- Generate invoices for existing customers
- Follow up on all outstanding invoices
to collect payment
An ideal CSE should posses following
skills and qualifications:
- Atleast graduate in any subject
- Good typing skills
- Good telephone manners
- Should be able to use computer tools like
MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- At least 2 years telemarketing or call
center experience will be a big plus
- Result orientation is important
