Education Manager for Mansehra

   A Non for Profit and Non Governmental Organization requires the services of a    dynamic individual for the following position for its Education program in the    earthquake affected district of Mansehra.

• Master’s Degree in Education with a commanding personality and excellent management skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Manage, supervise and monitor Formal Education activities for Earth quack affected areas.
• Identify training needs of Field Coordinators, Supervisors, Head Teachers and Teachers and organize/conduct suitable training for them.
• Observe classroom interaction and provide necessary guidance to the teaching staff.
• Analyze curricula already in practice for earth quack areas and provide professional input for the most appropriate one, which is acceptable for the Government.
• Assure coordination, cooperation and implementation with UNICEF and other actors involved in FE for earth quack affected areas.
• Prepare/submit monthly/quarterly project progress report to donor Agency and other counter parts.
• Provide input to the improvement of physical environment of the schools.
  Assist in preparing and development of tools for Monitoring, Supervision and Evaluation of educational activities.
