getLeisure.com is a US based travel services company with a call center in Pakistan. Due to rapid expansion in its business we are in need     of two Travel Agents to be based in our Karachi call center.

Qualifications required:

    An ideal candidate should possess following qualities:

1. Must be an expert in SABRE reservation system
2. Good command of English language
3. Must have knowledge of fare calculations and ticketing
4. Good customer service and sales skills
5. Must be able to use computer software’s like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Ability to work independently and target oriented.
7. Must be willing to work in the night shift to cover US market.
8. At least 2 years travel agency sales experience is preferred.
9. Verifiable sales performance is a must

Responsibilities:

    A Travel Agent will be required to perform following activities:

1. Handle all new inquiries to arrange travel from US to various destinations around the world.
2. generate revenue by closing sales of airline tickets, vacation packages, hotel or rent-a-car
3. Must meet monthly quota of sales to qualify for commission
4. Provide after sales support to customers who have purchased tickets
5. Coordinate ticket issuance with consolidators and vendors
