Applying for a
waiver of conditions 8534 or 8535
If you wish to apply
for a waiver of condition 8534 or 8535, you must
have a compelling and compassionate reason beyond your
control, which has arisen since the grant of your
visa. It is up to you to decide whether your
circumstances are compelling. You will need to:
- put that request
into writing, detailing your reasons for the
request, and
- submit any
supporting documents to your claims.
Example:
Being physically unfit to travel due to illness or an
accident, or the severe illness of a family member.
It will take approximately 2 weeks for a decision to
be made.
Important:
Unless a decision is made to waive a 'no further stay'
condition, it is not possible to make an application
for a further visa, other than those visa types linked
to the specific condition.
