records set by industrial revolution in early 20th century
to telecommunication revolution in mid 1950s to computer revolution in
early 1970s. Today for a country to remain competitive it is very
important to embrace the new technology. Internet is fast emerging as
an efficient medium for businesses to procure goods and services
globally.
Realizing this need
