The
director has done a good job depicting
the majesty of K2 surrounded by one of
the highest mountain range of the
world. The picture also adds a little
flavor of political tension between
India and Pakistan when one of the
Pakistani Colonel joking mention to
the hero “it is 3:00 am time to
wake-up the Indian”
Although
there are some gripping scenes in the
movie but it does not live up to the
standards of good story telling. There
are many silly mistakes for instance
is it not stupid to consider that a
military colonel would not know that
nitroglycerin can explode if exposed
to the sun light. There are
many scenes in the movie that has no
relevance to the story and it looks
like they were added to make it a
full-length movie. It is also quite
unnatural to save one person at the
cost of 4 lives. Acting was also not
of the highest standards. Overall an
average movie but a must see for
Pakistani crowd.
